Shipping Info
Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. All shipments will include delivery confirmation. Please include any special handling instructions under the comments section at checkout. Please be sure to include your complete address to ensure proper delivery of your order.

If you decide to purchase the Diaper Clutch with wipes your order will be shipped via Priority Mail. Shipping charges for Priority Mail are as follows:
Within the U.S.: 
1 diaper clutch = $5.00 S/H
2 diaper clutches = $7.25 S/H
3-5 diaper clutches = $9.30 S/H
6 or more diaper clutches depends on actual weight of package

Canada & All Other Countries:
1 diaper clutch = $11.00 S/H
2-3 diaper clutches = $13.00 S/H
4-5 diaper clutches = $15.00 S/H
6 or more diaper clutches depends on actual weight of package

Orders that do not include wipes will be shipped via Priority Mail with the following schedule:
1-2 diaper clutches = $2.00 S/H
3-4 diaper clutches = $3.00 S/H
4 or more diaper clutches = $4.00 S/H

Return Policy
We strive for the happiness and satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund your money, issue a store credit or exchange your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving original purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging for a full refund.

All refunds will exclude shipping costs. Any returns exceeding 14 calendar days will be at our discretion. Please email orders@thediaperclutch.com for consideration. We will not return or exchange any items at or after 30 days of receiving original purchase. Please send us an email at prior to returning items so that we may give you our shipping address.

Please include a copy or original receipt as well as a brief description of the reason for your return, including your contact information, with returned merchandise so your transaction can be processed quickly and efficiently.

Sales Tax
In accordance with Virginia tax laws, 5% sales tax will be applied to items shipped to a Virginia address.
